Overview
We messaged all WSHIMA members on 4/22/25 regarding the WA State Medical Record Retention Law change. At that time, we announced the law would change 90 days from the end of the session, which at the time was misinterpreted to be 90 days from 7/27/25, but in reality, the law actually changes on 7/27/25!
