Speakers include:
1. Tabitha Lieberman
A renowned health IT leader, Tabitha Lieberman has more than 30 years of experience powering transformational implementations, digital integrations, and deployments. For her tremendous industry impact, she was recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Health IT by the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) in 2021.
Having built and led highly-effective teams at some of the largest healthcare systems in the country, Tabitha brings an on-the-ground perspective to Brightwork – not only does she have a comprehensive view of the current industry climate, but she also uniquely understands organizations’ immediate and long-term pain points, and how IT solutions can help overcome even the most complex challenges.
In her free time, Tabitha loves to cook and bake – and has even been known to deliver delicious treats for go-lives. She also enjoys traveling, remodeling houses, and spending time with family.
2. Ye Hoffman
Ye Hoffman is a Director of the Health Evolution Forum, a peer-to-peer collaboration among healthcare CEOs and thought leaders focused on driving near-term impact at a critical juncture for healthcare.
Prior to joining Health Evolution, Ye led Advisory Board’s research program focused on promoting interoperability and quality reporting. In this capacity, Ye served as Director of the Quality Reporting Roundtable, working directly with health system leaders on their strategy across interoperability, digital health, and value-based care initiatives. Ye has also held roles as IT project manager and business data analyst at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, research coordinator at the Seattle Indian Health Board, and study coordinator at Evanston Northwestern Healthcare.
Throughout her career, Ye has served on the Institutional Review Board at various academic research and healthcare delivery organizations, with a focus on data use and electronic health information. She is also a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), with an active role in reviewing presentation proposals and mentoring speakers for the annual HIMSS global health conference.
Ye is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) and holds a master’s degree in medical informatics from Northwestern University.
